SketchUp offers powerful 3D visualisation that can be used to design event layouts. SketchUp drawings are very client-friendly and can be used to illustrate your creative ideas. It is also a powerful tool that allows for drawings-to-scale to be created.
SketchUp can also be integrated with AutoCAD. You will learn how to take 2D venue CAD plans and create a 3D SketchUp model.
The SketchUp 3D Warehouse is a amazing resource for event professionals. This contains block drawings of speakers, stages, projectors, chairs, table and pretty much everything you could want to create amazing looking drawings.
